The moon has always played a significant role in tracking time & marking important events.

The moon’s gravity not only influences the waters of the Earth but also works through our own watery bodies.

Using a moon calendar is a way to reconnect with nature and to live in a more sustainable way.

❊The calendar offers you the different phases of the moon for each month, going from waning all the way into full moon, one cycle after the next. It also gives you the names of each full moon of the month.

❊This piece was hand painted in watercolour & then digitally printed on beautiful 300gsm Shiro paper locally in Cork City.

❊Size is 24.5x34.5cm.

❊You can choose to have a hole punched in it, to hang it either by a string or onto a nail, or to leave it untouched.

❊At the end of the year, you can cut out the illustration and frame is as a print.

Use this calendar for moon practices, to determine the best times to plant & harvest crops, organizing gatherings or simply as a reminder of how subtly but profoundly the moon affects us.
